As all items are handmade to order they will take around 4-6 weeks to sew and ship.

This wait can sometimes be longer depending on the volume of requests or if it is a custom design.

Once your order has been finished and shipped, we will send an email with shipping info and an approximate arrival time.

You will also receive a review request 14 days after your parcel has been shipped.

care instructions

To maintain the life of your Young Pup Lingerie avoid putting these items in the washer or dryer. We recommend you mix warm water with a gentle cleaning solution and let your YPL items soak for 5-10 minutes. Rinse in cold water and lay to dry.

Custom Orders

We adore custom orders at Young Pup Lingerie!

We can offer alternative fabric, hardware, custom sizing, and help you create the lingerie designs of your dreams.

If you are interested in this service please email info@youngpuplingerie.com. Be sure to include your measurements, usual bra size, which styles you like and a description of what you are interested in. We will communicate directly with you to ensure you get the product you desire. 

This service will require more planning, design, and potentially more materials. As a result, custom orders will have added charges depending on the design requested.

All prices are shown in Canadian Dollars $CAD

For all international orders, Paypal will determine the exchange rate at the time of checkout. To get an estimate of the exchange rate visit www.xe.com but please note this may differ slightly from the final amount as determined by Paypal.

returns

Due to health and hygiene regulations, Young Pup Lingerie cannot accept returns or exchanges on worn lingerie.  

If you’re worried about ordering the right size, please refer to our sizing chart and follow the measuring guides to help you get the best fit. If you still feel unsure about your size please email us info@youngpuplingerie.com and we will happily help with sizing advice.

In the rare event of you receiving a faulty garment please contact us within two weeks of receiving your order. We do not offer refunds or cancel orders, all sales are final.
